Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your PageRecord account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. Delete in the app
Open Account management, choose Delete account, confirm your identity, and confirm the deletion.
2. Delete without the app
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my PageRecord account”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We will never ask for your password, codes, or payment details.
3. What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in methods, and security settings.
- Your trackers, results, history, and notifications.
- Your plan, credit balance, and usage history.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it or for security, as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups expire on their regular cycle.
