Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Adnan MARSO, operating PageRecord ("we" or "us"). They cover the PageRecord website, app, account, and cloud monitoring service (the "Service"). You accept them when you create an account.
1. The Service
PageRecord lets you monitor public web pages, extract values you select, track changes, and receive notifications. Websites can change, block automated access, or go offline, so we cannot guarantee that every change is detected or that checks and notifications happen at an exact time. Do not rely on the Service for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The Service is for personal use by individuals.
- Keep your account details accurate and your credentials and recovery codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us promptly if it is compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Monitor only public pages you are lawfully allowed to access. Do not:
- monitor private, login-protected, or paywalled pages, or get around access restrictions;
- collect sensitive personal data or use the Service to track, harass, or profile anyone;
- infringe others' rights or break a website's terms or the law;
- overload websites or the Service, get around plan limits, or interfere with other users.
We may refuse a tracker, limit checks, or suspend an account at any time to protect users, websites, or the Service, or to comply with the law.
4. Your content
You keep your rights in your tracker settings. Content on monitored pages belongs to its owners. You allow us to fetch and process that content only to provide the Service to you. These Terms give you no right to republish it.
5. Plan and credits
Every account is on the free Basic plan, with the limits below. Every saved cloud tracker, including archived ones, counts toward the limit.

- A cloud check costs 1 credit, or 3 credits for pages that need a full browser.
- Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over.
6. Fees
- The Service is free. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Because nothing is paid, no refund or compensation is owed for any change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
- Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
7. Intellectual property
PageRecord and its software, design, and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. On Apple devices, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app; on Android, Google Play's terms apply.
8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided free of charge, as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. Before a permanent shutdown we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app so you can export your data, unless security, legal, or platform reasons require us to act sooner.
Keep your own copy of any data that matters to you. We are not responsible for missed or late changes, lost data, or decisions you make based on the Service.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for all claims is limited to USD 50. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close an account without notice if it breaches these Terms, threatens the security of the Service or others, or if the law requires it.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. This does not remove protections or court options you have under the law of the country where you live. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve any issue.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect, and may ask you to accept them again. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. Previous versions remain available in the archive.
12. General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may transfer these Terms together with the Service.
